R&H Custom takes pride in both product and service. We consider ourselves suit consultants that are there to assist you in perfecting your style as opposed to sales people leaving you with a transactional experience. Therefore, personalisation lies at the core of our service.
Personal Delivery
We will personally take care of your first fitting to ensure that the R&H brand is represented throughout the entire customised process. This means that we will be across your specific requests and requirements ,ensuring your suit is constructed with the finest attention to detail.
Post Delivery Care
Any alterations* that are required during your first fitting will be complementary from R&H. We stand by the fact that we want to construct your perfect suit and we will do what it takes to make that happen.
*Includes corrections to manufacturing faults and adjustments at the sole discretion of R&H Custom only. All other modifications and adjustments to be at the client’s expense
Mobile Location
We understand work, leisure and just life in general makes it difficult to take time out to visit a showroom and get measured up for a suit.
Many of our customers choose to take advantage of our mobile service. We’re more than happy to visit you at your home, office or another convenient location of your choosing within the Sydney Metro Region.
